For nonprofit teams

Agents for Nonprofits

Threshold helps your team turn fundraising, donor outreach, admin, and reporting bottlenecks into powerful agentic loops.

The problem

Your team already knows where the work gets stuck.

It’s the same repetitive, manual work, over and over:

Donor follow-up
Fundraising outreach
Campaign coordination
Sponsor follow-up
Board packet prep
Grant prep
Event coordination
Volunteer routing
Donor segmentation
CRM cleanup
Reporting preparation
Admin workflows
no shared core
Donor CRM
Fundraising
Documents
Finance
Email
Donor data re-keyedFollow-up slips

Threshold onboards agents into that work, so your agent does it and your team reviews before anything goes out.

Loops

We build agentic loops.

A loop is a repeatable piece of work: an input, a few steps, a person reviews, and the output goes out.

Your first loop is the workflow where your team will feel the most immediate value.

Core

Every loop makes your Core stronger.

We don’t treat agents as one-off builds. Every loop also captures the context, instructions, and operating knowledge behind how your nonprofit works.

That’s your Agentic Core: the reusable operating layer that helps agents understand your organization, your programs, your voice, and the way your team works.

As your Core gets stronger, your nonprofit becomes better at:

Identifying where agents will help
Turning manual workflows into repeatable loops
Keeping humans in review where judgment matters
Building operational leverage across your organization

That’s the point when loops compound leverage and your Agentic Core becomes your ultimate advantage.

Assessment

Find out how much AI Agents would help your nonprofit.

The Agent-Ready Assessment shows where agents will create practical leverage in your organization. We look at three things:

Where operational friction is costing your team time
How ready your nonprofit is for agentic workflows
Which first loop would create the most immediate value

You’ll get an immediate score and a first-loop recommendation.

How it works

Start with one bottleneck.

01
Map the workflow
We find one workflow where manual follow-up, coordination, or reporting slows your team down.
02
Build your first agentic loop
Threshold builds a loop around it, with human review built in.
03
Handoff and stabilize
We hand it over, make the next action clear, and include a 14-day stabilization window.
04
Strengthen your Agentic Core
The context, review steps, and reusable patterns become part of your Core.
05
Expand and accelerate
If it helps, more loops are scoped to build on that foundation.

Pricing

Start with one useful loop.

Threshold keeps pricing simple.

First Agentic Loop
Free

We start with one critical workflow and build the first useful loop around it.

The first loop is designed to show results quickly.

Additional Loops
Starting at $1,000

Additional loops are scoped and priced based on the size and complexity of the workflow.

Paid loops are billed 50% upfront and 50% after successful delivery and the 14-day stabilization window.

When we reach out, it's really us. The same people scope, build, and stabilize your loop, start to finish.

Data & donor trust

Built around donor trust.

Threshold uses the minimum access necessary to build the agreed loop, and client data stays client-owned.

Donor data is never used to train public models, and every loop keeps human review before any donor-facing action.

Philosophy

Built to amplify your team’s strengths and judgment

We design loops around the way your nonprofit already works. Your team brings the context, relationships, and donor knowledge; agents handle the repetitive work around it, with human review before critical action.

Our goal is simple: to make your team more capable, more efficient, and more in control.
